Round the clock operation
has enabled us to frequently accept a customer's
order for a never produced item at 3 PM and deliver
the product on the customer's dock in time for the
morning shift.
Zet-Tek's CNC department utilizes STAR CNC Swiss
automatic screw machines that are all interfaced
to a central Corvus computer center. Programming
is performed while the machine is still running,
resulting in a minimum of down time. The secondary
operation department is also computerized through
an array of CNC milling, drilling and tapping equipment.
